Why are there two versions of Bingo Fantasy - Download and Instant Play?
Both versions ofBingo Fantasy use the same Flash® technology to create superb animations and crystal clear graphics. Each time you use the Instant Play version, the game will load into a browser window. With the Download version, you only have to download the Flash® software once - making it much faster to start the game in future. The download version will also place a convenient icon on your desktop and has the added benefit of an option to remember your password or even log you in to the game automatically.
Our Instant Play game uses Flash® technology to make it simple and quick to join Bingo Fantasy and start playing. There is no download, just click, register and start playing.

Why should I bother downloading the software?
Today's fast internet connections mean you can download theBingo Fantasy software in a minute or two. Once installed, you will find the game starts more quickly, and you can start it from an icon on your desktop.

Why does the game take up the whole screen?
BecauseBingo Fantasy uses Flash® technology, the game screen can be maximised or re-sized just like any other program window using the standard Windows or Apple Mac controls.

Why is the game playing in British Pounds when I have deposited in US Dollars?
In order to make it possible for players from across the world to join our game, we now support multiple currencies. Your chosen currency will be used when you fund your account or cash out. However, the bingo game will be played in UK pounds (£) with all ticket prices and bets shown in that currency. Your Cash Balance will always be shown in your chosen currency but all bonus money in the game, including your bonus balance, will be shown in UK pounds. When you purchase bingo tickets or play on the in-game slots or scratch cards, your funds will be converted from your chosen currency into UK pounds at the current exchange rate. This is based on the Interbank Spot Middle Rate and is updated every six hours. The Cashier display in the game will show your chosen currency and the current exchange rate. If you win bingo or a jackpot, the amount will be displayed in UK pounds with the converted amount in your chosen currency in brackets.

How can I check my game history?
Click on History on the top menu or above the tickets, then click on the ""View"" button of the game you are interested in. You will not only see the numbers that were called in that game, but also your actual tickets cards and how they were daubed.

Can I fund without leaving the game?
Yes, by clicking on the 'Cashier' button you can easily deposit to your account without leaving the game you are playing. This means you can quickly and easily make a deposit without missing out on any of the action.

I was disconnected, am I still in the game?
Yes. And when you return, your tickets will also remain until the current game finishes. If you have bought tickets for any game, you will not lose them. The ticket manager will automatically play your tickets cards through any disconnection, your end or ours.

How do I buy tickets?
If you want to buy tickets for the next game, just click on the tickets you want and then click on Buy Tickets to purchase the tickets you have selected. In the 90-ball game you can select a whole strip of tickets by clicking above the strip. If there is a game in progress, you will either be taken to the ticket purchasing for the next game, or you can select the number of cards you wish to buy for the next game by clicking on the "+" sign in the Ticket Selector below the cards. Hovering over the Next Game link will open a panel showing all the game details.If you want to choose tickets for the next game manually, the click on "Select Manually".

For more ticket purchasing options, go to Schedule on the top menu and choose either Future Games or Special Games. This will take you to the ticket Purchasing screens where you can buy tickets for any future game or for one of our daily, weekly or monthly specials. For every game there is full information on that game plus any promotions that apply.

If you want to let your computer Auto-buy into forthcoming games, click on the Options in the menu at the top . You can enter the number of games into and tickets per game you want to buy and set limits on the ticket price you are prepared to pay.

Can I cancel Auto-buy?
Yes, so long as you turn off Auto-buy before the end of the previous game, then all future settings will be removed. The Auto-buy feature will also turn itself off when you move from room to room.

I have a bingo, but don't seem to have a Bingo button!
There's no need to hit a bingo button, bingo is automatically called for you.

How do I know how many players are in the game?
Just go to the lobby to see the number of players in each of the rooms. The number of players who have purchased tickets for the current game are shown in game information area above the number board To check on forthcoming games, go to the ticket purchasing screen by clicking on Future Games or Special Games in the Schedule menu.

Can I play Scratch Cards and Bingo?
Yes you can. In fact you can play any of our other games such as Slots, Scratch cards and Video Poker while still playing Bingo. You can play the Mini Slots and Scratch cards right in the game screen itself, just below the chat window. You can choose one of the range of slots and casino games by scrolling up or down the list in the bottom right corner of the screen. Your chosen game will open in a new window , but your bingo game will continue to play in its original window.

Can I use Bonus money to play Scratch Cards or Slots?
You can use Playable Bonus money to play on the in-game mini-slots and scratch cards. However, if you play with bonus money you can only win bonus money. If you play them with cash, your winnings will be in cash. All of the other side games can only be played with cash.

How will I know if I'm close to winning?
Choose Options from the top menu button, and then Settings Select the Bingo tab and make sure that "Sort Tickets" is ticked. This will bring your best tickets/strips to the top When you are close to Bingo the borders of your cards will change colour Green = 3 balls away, Gold = 2 balls away, Red = 1 ball away, Purple = BINGO! This is a great visual aid so you can see at a glance how close you are to winning!

How do I get Help?
There is an excellent Help system built-in to the game. Just click on the Help in the top menu to access it. If you can't find a solution there, then Help is on hand 24 hours a day, 7 days a week by email, live chat or free phone. I have no sound!
Be sure your audio settings are enabled in the 'Options' settings. Also check your computer's audio settings. You have the option of choosing between a male or female caller.

How many tickets can I play?
The maximum number of tickets you can play varies from game to game. The limits are shown in the game information on the left hand of the game screen.

How much does each game cost to play?
Ticket prices will vary from 1p to £1 - varying by room and time of day. You can check the price of tickets in forthcoming games by clicking on the Future Games link.

How is the prize money determined?
All Bingo Fantasy's prizes and jackpots are paid in 100% cash - not bonus money or a mix of bonus and cash like so many other bingo games. Each game's prize is based on the number of tickets in play during that game. A percentage of the "pot" goes toward the prize for that game and also towards one or more progressive jackpots. So, the more people are playing, the higher the prize. Jackpots are progressive, except during certain special game nights where they will be at a set amount. Some special games have alternative prizes like holidays, DVD players or digital cameras as well as the cash prize.

How many people will I be playing with?
That depends, but each game will show how many players are currently in the game. The next game should have a similar number. It will vary from the time of day, to day of the week, to the specials on at the time, but it's always fun!!

Can I chat with other players?
Absolutely!! And that's part of the fun. Come into the chat room, meet some new friends and play some of the fabulous Chat Games that have made Bingo Fantasy so famous.

So what happens if I have a bingo?
We make it easy for you. Your tickets will change colour as you get closer to the winning pattern. When one of your tickets is three calls away from a win, it will turn green and indicate at the top of the ticket three balls to bingo and so on the closer you get to Bingo. Two calls away it will turn gold, one call away, it will turn red and when you have bingo, it will be purple and tell you that you have a bingo!! Congratulations!! You don't have to shout bingo (though you can of course!) the game will do that for you automatically. Also when you Bingo you will be notified. And when a Jackpot is hit, an announcement with a fanfare will be made to all players.

Hey, what happened? I got bingo, but only half the displayed prize amount!
From time to time, you will find that another player is as lucky as you are! In cases where two players both get bingo on the same number, the prize or Jackpot is split between the two (or more) winning tickets. If you needed the same number to win on two tickets, and the other player needed it on only one, you would get 2/3 of the prize for that game!!

How much can I win?
Most of our jackpots are progressive, and most are funded with at least £250 to start them off. They increase in size with every game played, until someone gets lucky and wins. Cash prizes are won for every game, so how much you win is unlimited. Go for it!

I just won a Jackpot!!! Now what?
You have a couple of options here, depending on your preference. First, you may want to consider leaving money in your account for future play. Many players do this, and some go on to play big and win even more. However, if you would like to make a withdrawal, be sure to leave enough in your account to allow you to play for a few more days while your winnings are wired to you. Also, remember that any bonus money in your account will be removed when you withdraw.

How do I withdraw my winnings?
To make a withdrawal, click on the Cashier button in the game. This will take you to a page where you should select the Withdrawal option. There you will be shown the different withdrawal methods available to you. The Pending Withdrawals tab displays the withdrawals you have requested, but which have not been processed yet. Bingo Fantasy waits four business days before processing your withdrawal requests. During this time period you can use this option to cancel your withdrawal request and transfer the money back into your account. Bonus money that has been removed cannot be returned.

I've forgotten my password - how can I get into the game?
If you have forgotten your password, please contact support by email or live chat and a new password will be sent to the e-mail address registered to your account. The first time you use this new password, you will be asked to change it - so that you can choose one that you are familiar with.

What is Bonus money?
